The Willow E-file Pause can be serviced with TNBL our independent servicing agent. Hand piece can also be purchased separately. Hand pieces from other models can not be transferred. 

As with all our E-file equipment, this machine must only be used by qualified nail technicians that hold relevant E-file training qualifications.
